Who can register as a member?

Anyone. Currently we are focusing on local customer. In future, NGO Grocer are looking forward to expand our service to worldwide customer.

 

Where to check for my password after registered as member?

Once registering done, username and password will email to your registered email account. Users are allowed to change their password at Account Maintenance.

 

How to change my password?

Just key in the new password and repeat the same new password at Confirm Password. Click on SAVE icon to save the changes.

 

What can I do if I lost my password?

Click on 'Forgot Password' below the Login at Home, this will bring up a page where you should enter your Username and e-mail address then click on the Send Password button and you will receive a new password shortly. Use this password to access the site.


Does NGO Grocer deliver product to my area?

NGO Grocer delivers to whole Malaysia according to location provided by courier service.

 

How much will I be charged for shipping?

For delivery to Peninsular Malaysia, shipping rate is applied, RM12.00 is imposed for the first 3Kgs. RM1.50 will be added on for subsequent "Kg" for order below RM200; FREE SHIPPING is applicable to order above RM200. For delivery to Sabah & Sarawak, the delivery fee will be determined by the weight of the package and the delivery destination. For international delivery, the delivery fee will be based on the box dimension, weight and/or destination of the order, therefore the delivery fee may be varied from time to time.

 

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Delivery takes ONE (1) to FOURTEEN (14) business days once your order is processed. Delivery time depends on what part of the country you are shipping to. Please note that the delivery service does not make deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. Delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.

 

Can I see how much I will be charged for shipping prior to paying for the order?

Yes, shipping charges will be displayed prior to entering your payment method.

 

How do I update my shipping address?

You can manage your account, review shipping information, update your shipping address, and check point balances and more at Account Maintenance.

 

Do I need to login to browse or begin shopping?

You are not required to login to browse, but you will have to register as member and login to begin shopping. Member able to purchase, view previous order and check order status.

 

What are www.ngogrocer.com business hours?

You can place your online order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customer service team will proceed your order from 10:00am to 17:00 every Tuesday to Friday.
