Radiant Organic Polenta Flour Gluten Free 500g
Radiant gourmet polenta has a robust flavour. An italian cornmeal dish made from ground corn. Serve as savoury cakes and also as porridge.
How to cook polenta:
- 4 cups water to 1 cup Radiant Polenta
- Bring water/broth to boil. Add in Polenta slowly and stir constantly.
- Reduce heat and stir in garlic and oil about 20 minutes by assing water as it gets too thick.
- Polenta will be thick and creamy
- Sprinkle nutritional yeast for better taste.
